Lakewood Sunrooms & Patios provides sunroom construction, patio enclosure, screen room installation, and related home improvement services to residential customers in Lakewood, CA and surrounding communities. Services are performed by licensed and insured tradespeople. Specific project scope, materials, and timelines are agreed upon in writing before work begins.

Estimates and Pricing

Free on-site estimates are provided without obligation. An estimate is valid for 30 days from the date it is issued. Estimates may be revised if site conditions, material availability, or project scope change after the initial assessment.

A written proposal or contract will be provided before any work begins. Pricing in that document supersedes any verbal quotes. Final pricing is confirmed upon execution of a written agreement between the customer and Lakewood Sunrooms & Patios.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. We make every reasonable effort to meet scheduled timelines. Delays may occur due to weather, material availability, permit processing times, or other factors outside our control. We will communicate promptly if delays arise.

Cancellation terms, including any deposit refund policy, are stated in the written project agreement. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to sales@lakewoodsunroomcontractor.com.

Payment Terms

Payment schedule, accepted payment methods, and any deposit requirements are specified in the written project agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted under California law. Work may be suspended if payment is not received according to the agreed schedule.

Warranty and Workmanship

Lakewood Sunrooms & Patios warrants its workmanship against defects for the period stated in the project agreement. Manufacturer warranties on materials and products are passed through to the customer where applicable.

Warranty coverage does not extend to damage caused by the customer, third parties, normal wear and tear, acts of nature, or modifications made after project completion. To request warranty service, contact us in writing with a description of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lakewood Sunrooms & Patios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any services provided.

Our total liability for any claim related to services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
